Privacy, in plain language.

Pre-launch draft. Operator contact details and the final publishing review are still pending.

Accounts and support

Nova uses Supabase for account authentication. Signed-in users can access support through Intercom, which receives their account identifier, email, and account creation time. Do not send passwords, tokens, or payment details in support conversations.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the player range you picked (if any), which page you joined from, when you joined and which version of this notice you saw. We use it only to tell you when Nova opens to your world; we don't sell it or share it for advertising. To stop repeated sign-ups, a one-way hash of your network address is kept for up to a day. To be removed from the list, reply to any Nova email or use the contact route below once it is published.

Why we collect it

Account information supports sign-in and authenticated features. Support information identifies your account and lets us respond to conversations. Viewing the public preview does not start a subscription.

Storage and service providers

Supabase handles authentication, application data and the waitlist. Intercom handles support conversations. The website hosting provider processes request information to deliver and protect the site.

Keeping information

The retention schedule, operator contact route, and process for requesting a copy, correction, or deletion remain subject to publishing review. This notice is a draft and must be finalized before launch.

Cookies and the preview

The sample dashboard runs in your browser without connecting to an account or Minecraft server. Sign-in uses authentication cookies. Messenger uses session cookies for authenticated support. This draft does not describe every future hosting feature.
